Carbon Innegra Krypto-Lite: Boardworks innovative high tech Carbon Innegra Krypto-Lite construction results in very light and extremely durable boards.

Features:

  • Low density stringer-less EPS core, CAD designed shape, machine cut and hand finished
  • Hand laminated with Boardworks proprietary woven blend of carbon and Innegra, and fiberglass cloths – all bound with high quality epoxy resin for a superior strength to weight ratio
  • 3 part automotive paint on deck with matte and/or gloss and polish finish
  • All components, fin boxes, finger-wells, leash and deck plugs are set in high density foam blocks

Innegra Glass Krypto-Mat: Boardworks high tech Innegra Glass Krypto-Mat construction produces a very durable SUP with excellent impact resistance.

Carbon Innegra Krypto-Flex: Boardworks innovative high tech Carbon Innegra Krypto-Flex construction results in very light and extremely durable boards.

Features:

  • Light density stringer-less EPS core, CAD designed shape, machine cut and hand finished
  • Hand laminated with a unique woven blend of carbon strand and Innegra fiber (Graphite Masters XP202), carbon stringer tape, and fiberglass cloths – all bonded with high quality epoxy resin for a superior strength to weight ratio and flex characteristics similar to that of standard polyester boards with the added durability of Innegra
  • 3 part automotive paint with matte and/ or gloss and polish finish or resin tint finish depending on board
  • All components, fin boxes, finger-wells, leash and deck plugs are set in high-density foam blocks

TEC-V (Thermal Epoxy Compression-Veneer): Utilizing this technology, where we apply both heat and pressure, coupled with the finest materials and epoxy resins, Boardworks produces a sandwich molded board that is light, tight, and very durable.

Each TEC-V board starts with a precision shaped low-density EPS core, premium kiln dried bamboo veneer, layers of fiberglass cloth, and the finest epoxy resins. Our construction process results in SUPs with amazing strength to weight ratio.

  • Low density, stringer-less CAD designed machine cut hand finished EPS core
  • Laminated with the finest epoxy resins and fiberglass cloth and a high end kiln dried bamboo veneer sandwich layer

EPX-V: Similar construction to our EPX build with the addition of a high density kiln dried bamboo veneer sheet. EPS core laminated with layers of fiberglass cloth, bamboo veneer with stunning graphics and automotive grade paint and polish. Some of our most attractive and popular boards are built in this construction. The Bamboo veneer adds both beauty and strength.

EPX: EPX is our standard hand finished epoxy board construction resulting in superior quality, and a very affordable board.

Starting with a CAD designed, low density, stringer-less hand finished EPS core. Epoxy resin lamination and painted with superior automotive grade paint. Finishing off with a hand sanded or gloss polish finish.

SDK: Built better than you average soft board. This is Boardworks SOFT deck construction used on our B-Ray, Squid, and Jetty SUPs, as well as our popular Froth! surfboards.

Features:

  • Full EVA wrapped deck and rails with an EVA traction pad inlay on SUP models
  • Forward deck plugs on SUP models
  • Slick Skin bottom on most models with an epoxy hard bottom on a select few
  • EPS foam core, with fiberglass epoxy resin laminations, and dual wood stringers for stiffness and strength

Single Chamber Inflatable: Boardworks stepped into the inflatable game early on utilizing the best manufacturing techniques and materials including CAD designs, sonic welding and/or high end German glues and the best Korean drop-stitch material available on the market today. Available in various thicknesses and designs, Boardworks has the perfect inflatable stand up paddleboard for you.

  • 1000 denier seam tape
  • EVA deck pad
  • 1000 denier PVC main sheet, deck and bottom
  • Multiple layer deck reinforcement and 410 denier base fabric
  • 500 denier composite yarn drop-stitch
  • 1000 denier side rail sheet
  • Fin setups vary, AIR7 or standard slide-in center fin. Glue on rubber side fin or tri fin opting when applicable
  • Includes bag, fins, pump, and patch kit
  • Inflates 14-18 PSI

MCIT: Boardworks saw the need or a more rigid and stable inflatable stand up paddleboard and created the Multi Chamber Inflatable Technology.

Using a standing area made with a proven drop-stitch yarn floor, and 500 denier PVC deck and bottom, coupled with tapered PVC side tubes, we have created a stand up paddleboard that actually has “shape” in the rail profile. With this design we have created one of the most stable SUPs on the market as we can keep a low center of gravity using a 4 to 5″ standing area with a much larger outboard side rail diameter. This achieves incredible secondary stability. When the rail of the board tips from side to side the larger volume side rail is constantly coming back to a horizontal position.

POLY: Boardworks POLY surfboards are built with the highest quality materials using traditional surfboard construction.

Features:

  • Stringered polyurethane core. Computer designed, machine shaped, hand finished
  • Deck lamination is wet out with polyester resin with a layer of 6 oz. and a layer of 4 oz. with full rail lap
  • Bottom lamination is also wet out with polyester resin
  • Longboards and mid size models have a layer of 6 oz.  Shortboards under 7’ the bottom is a layer of 4 oz., both with full rail lap

LiftSUP: Many Boardworks boards feature LiftSUP handles for ease of portage. The LiftSUP handles are the strongest SUP handles on the market. They sit flush with the deck of the board when not in use but pop-up when you need to carry your board, creating a good solid grab point that anyone can use to safely maneuver their board from car to coast. An additional benefit of the LiftSUP design is that it provides a solid and secure place to attach a cable lock, which helps keep your SUP safe when you’re not paddling.


Connex SUP: Many Boardworks boards feature Connex deck plugs. These plugs function as a universal mounting system with interchangeable components that give you multiple options to accessorize your board. Connex deck plugs are set up in our boards with standard deck tie down plugs that can be interchanged with other fittings and mounts if desired.
